This cover for Fall of Cthulhu #9 from Boom! Studios is certainly a favorite of mine. And of Boom! as well - aside from being used for its original purpose, it was also used as the cover for the second Fall of Cthulhu trade paperback, a limited-edition print, and reprinted in the Fall of Cthulhu cover gallery book.
