Oil on Canvas,
16" x 20"
I did this as a portfolio piece back when I was doing a lot of oil painting. I just felt like doing a seascape, and a big green monster, so why not do both?
Of interest to artists, I use Grumbacher Max oils, which are water-miscible, which means you use water to thin and clean them rather than paint thinner/turpentine. They smell much better, and avoid the toxic fumes - also there's far less danger your studio will burst into flames, a definite plus.
